National Children's Science Congress (NCSC) is a flagship programme of NCSTC, DST, Govt. of India in which children ofthe age group of 10-17 years (Junior 10-14, Senior: 14+-17 as on 31‘t December of the participating year) can participate in groups of two (2) children each, guided by a Guide Teacher, carrying out mini-research projects based on the method of science (2-3 months). The CSC is held at the district, state and national levels. The programme starts normally in the beginning of the academic year.
